At PaulieMann.com we work with trusted print-on-demand partners, to create and deliver your products. This means your order is made just for you, and we don’t keep items in stock. Please read the following to understand how shipping works for our store.


Order Processing

  • All products are made to order.

  • Production time is usually 2–5 business days for most items, but may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details when your order ships.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • USA: 5–8 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier service issues, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and size/weight.

  • Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.


Tracking

  • All shipped orders include a tracking number (where available).

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.


Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple fulfilment locations worldwide, items in your order may ship separately. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.

Delivery Issues
