The Mandala Journey
It all began as a bit of fun—late nights in the studio with my friend Felipe, a DJ from Santiago. We were experimenting, trying to understand how these patterns worked, playing with the geometry, and letting the music guide our hands.
What started as curiosity became a deep practice. Over the past 10–15 years, I’ve created an entire series of mandalas—each one unique, each holding the essence of a specific energy.
For me, a mandala is more than a pattern.
It’s a map of balance, a mirror of nature’s symmetry, and a meditation in itself. Across cultures, mandalas have been used for centuries in healing, focus, and spiritual awakening. They draw the eye inward, guiding the mind into stillness, while radiating an energy that resonates far beyond the page or canvas.
My process:
I start with the core geometry, often sketched by hand, then expand outward in layers—mirroring the way life itself grows. Each line is deliberate, each curve part of the greater whole. Sometimes the inspiration comes from sound frequencies, other times from nature’s forms or ancient symbols. Over time, these works have formed a living archive of my journey—artworks that are both personal and universal.
Why I create them:
To capture and preserve an energy or state of mind.
To help others connect with stillness and inspiration.
To share the timeless language of geometry through a modern lens.
“A mandala isn’t just something you look at—it’s something you feel.”
